All HoopLove products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production before it ships. This allows us to reduce waste and create each piece with care.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.
During high-volume seasons, production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately.
RETURNS
Because each item is made to order,
we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Clear photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
Please contact the shipping carrier first.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Wrong Address Provided
If you entered the wrong address:
Contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to update it.
If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
